Q. What's your return policy?

A. Your satisfaction with our products is extremely important to us. We gladly accept returns within 60 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please contact us via email returns@weemonkey.com to request an RA# (return authorization) and ensure we process your return correctly. We will issue a refund less shipping charges once the item(s) arrive to our warehouse.

 

Q. What is your exchange policy?

A. We want you to love your purchase. We happily accept exchanges within 60 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please contact us via email returns@weemonkey.com to request an EA# (exchange authorization) to ensure we process your exchange correctly. Please indicate clearly which item you would like to receive as a replacement. Due to limited stock, we cannot guarantee the item(s) you would like in exchange will be available. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) pending stock availability. Alternatively, you can purchase the item(s) through us and we will issue a credit when we receive your returned item(s) back in our warehouse.

 

Q. When will my order ship?

A. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and ship once it is placed. If ordering for overnight shipping, same day shipping has a cutoff of 1pm PST. Please feel free to contact us if you have an urgent need and we will do our best to accommodate you. Orders placed over the weekend or holiday, will ship on the next business day.

 

Q. What method is used for free shipping? 

A. We ship via USPS First Class Package Service for our free shipping option. The estimated transit time is 3-5 business days. Hawaii and Alaska, please allow 5-7 business days. Transit times do not include the 1-2 business days we request to process your order.

 

Q. What additional shipping methods do you offer?

A. We also offer USPS Priority Mail which is an estimated 2-3 business day transit time and USPS Priority Express which is an estimated 1-2 business day transit time.  Hawaii and Alaska, please allow 3-5 business days for Priority service. Transit times do not include the 1-2 business days we request to process your order.

 

Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO and US Territory addresses?

A. Yes, we do! Our standard shipping rates apply but transit times may vary. Please allow 4-7 business days for domestic; 10-14 business days for international.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package and this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. (Note: in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.) International shipping is an estimated 10-14 day transit time. This does not include the 1-2 business days we request to process your order.

 

Q. How do your sizes run?

A. Our sizes run slightly larger, providing room for your little monkey to grow! You can view our size chart here.

 

Q. What are the care instructions?

A. For all of items, machine wash cold, tumble dry and do not bleach.

 

Q. What makes your products eco-friendly?

A. We use eco-friendly fabrics that have a reduced carbon, energy, and pollution impact when compared to the standard methods used to manufacture clothing. These fabrics are produced from crops that do not require pesticides or chemicals to be grown, use less water and energy to be produced, and create less waste during production. These crops are processed and at the end of their useful lives (known collectively as their “environmental footprint”). Additionally, we use low-impact dyes and phthalate-free, tagless labels.

 

Q. I entered incorrect info when placing my order – can how I change it? 

A. Feel free to contact us via email, chat, or phone and we will gladly amend any info necessary.

 

Q. Can you send my order as a gift?

A. Yes. We do not offer gift-wrapping services but we'll be sure to send the item to your recipient indicating the gift is from you (unless you specify otherwise in the order notes section), and they will receive a packing slip omitting prices. Just be sure to indicate your order is a gift under “order notes” on the checkout page.

  

Q. Do you really donate a percentage of every sale to COTA?

A. Absolutely! We started the line with the intention of giving back as a fundamental dimension of what we are about. Wee Monkey is a force for improving the quality of life for disadvantaged kids. As a result, no matter if we have only $1,000 in profits or $100 million in profits, we're committed to giving 10% to charity. Always.
